Team was well organized and I was able to sell all items from art, jewelry to household objects. The team worked together very well to promote my sale. Great job,
I got some really great deals. And I'm very happy with my purchases. The employees are very nice and helpful. As much as I'd like to keep this place a secret, I know they are doing a service. Thank you!
This place is horrible. I won a couple items. On the auction before I even bid it said pick up was Fri or Sat. Being from a different state I left on Sat, receiving info that they changed it to Fri only. Then to make it worse the @hole that answered when I called didn't even care. No I'm sorry or anything. Then I tried to tell him what happen and his response and I quote "How about you keep talking and I'll hang up!" And then he hung up on me. No professionalism, horrible customer service. Don't bid on anything they sell!!!
Wonderful staff, new items every week. Every type of items. Outdoor/ indoor items. Friendly, fun, easy to get your items. No hassle
I love this place. The people are friendly. The prices are right the products are fantastic. The auctioneers are funny Tina is the best shipping is fast and accurate. Love this place love this place love this place.
Always the best deals and no issues dealing with staff ... They're awesome! Sometimes I miss the live auctions but much safer online... Scored this beauty for a third what I've paid retail... So worth it
Love, love, love these guys and Tina! Great auction items too. They do a great business as well.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but I think you get what you pay for in reality. If you know your "vintage" and "antique" items, then you should be fine. There is always a preview day before the auction, so have you heard of due diligence?
As for people saying things are being sold more than once... what happens is buyers don't pay or don't pick up, when that happens the item/s go up for sale again.
The people who work there can bid on items before the auction like everyone - pre-bidding - just not during.
You can get some deals here, AND you can get caught up in the excitement of live bidding and pay WAY too much, but that's on YOU, not the auction.
My only con: picking up at the auction house... they need more space for the idiots who don't know how to park!
Beware. Terrible disturbing experience. Bought fragile figurine that arrived broken. Before bidding asked them if would ship the figurine, told me yes, even though it is always a risk with fragile items, said will do their best to pack. Filed UPS claim and Tina got insurance money a while ago but refuses to pay it to me. Lost all my money.
Tina would make up a whole bunch of false stories and false facts that hard to believe how business owner can even do. At first denied that got insurance money, and after said UPS rep advised her to keep money and don't pay it to me. Very rude and unprofessional.
I have bought several items here with no issues but my son bought items that were not legit. He purchased a Pokémon card that turned out to be a fake. Also bought a set of diamond earrings that were appraised for over 8k but not worth 1k. All of their jewelry they have appraised but the appraisal is nowhere near what the items are worth. It appears that they get the appraisal price really high to get higher sale prices on the items. They also sell a lot of collector cards, autographed items ect but several that we have seen and now 1 that he bought were fakes. just be aware when buying items here, they may be fake.
